The Advanced Manufacturing Park (AMP) is the UK’s hub of engineering excellence with inspiring purpose-built facilities, based close to M1/J33, with neighbours including McLaren, Rolls Royce and Boeing and the state-of-the-art AMRC Training Centre who we partner with to train our apprentices.
Many of the company’s senior management have been developed and promoted from shopfloor level; we actively encourage and promote employee development.
